EnerMech EPS Head Office Grows

As EnerMech EPS continues to grow, we’ve welcomed a number of new faces to the Head Office.


Further expanding our operational capabilities, Phil Cleary joins the EnerMech EPS team as Commissioning Manager and Barry Morrison as Project Engineer.

Phil has over 30 years’ experience in High Voltage Testing, having gained his initial qualifications in 1982 with Railcorp. He worked closely with the EnerMech EPS Team on the QCLNG HV network commissioning project, where electrical commissioning was completed ahead of schedule.

Having over three decades experience working in rail, Phil is a respected expert in operating and building electrical infrastructure and will be key to EnerMech EPS’s future growth in the rail sector in NSW.

Barry has moved into the Head Office having previously worked in the field with EnerMech EPS as an EEHA Completions Supervisor on the GLNG Curtis Island Project. Having worked both in Australia and abroad, Barry has strong experience as both an Electrical Engineer and Planner on large-scale, complex projects.

Contracts and Legal

Providing additional support to our contracts team, Julia will work closely with Paul Kearney as Contracts Administrator. Julia is a trained solicitor having obtained her Law Degree from Sydney University in 2014, and has experience working as a Paralegal and Project Manager.

IT and Systems Support

Morgan Peters joins EnerMech EPS HQ in an IT Support and Operations role. As well as strong technical support experience, Morgan has overseen a number of major systems migrations. He is well versed in systems administration and will play an integral role as EnerMech EPS continues to upgrade IT infrastructure.

Finance and Support

Prawiti Shrestha joins the finance team as Payroll Officer helping to manage the ever increasing Payroll workload.
