While the team at EnerMech got to enjoy a short, well-earned break and some family time over the holiday break, upon returning to work there was no time to waste on gearing up for another year of significant growth.
We’re excited to announce a number of new appointments, who will each play a crucial role in our sustained momentum and in delivering outstanding outcomes for our valued clients.
In operations we have Terry Karakinos joining as the Construction Manager for Victoria. Terry brings a wealth of experience, coming from 25 years in the industry with Downer EDI. His extensive knowledge of high voltage construction and installation, including Switchyards, Substations, Electrical Control Systems, Instrumentation, Hazardous Area, Project Management and Safety will be an asset to our Victorian team and clients.
Further expansion of the Operations Support function has included Senior Administrator Francesca Petrakos, who brings specialised industry experience having worked with a number of high profile planning and design consultants throughout her career.
With EnerMech projects now spanning much of Australia, we are delighted to welcome Edel Nolan as our Travel Manager. Edel comes to us from Leighton Contractors, having implemented highly successful travel models and associated systems, with proven experience in booking optimisation and supplier relationship management. Mobilisations and Recruitment coordinator Marlo Ferguson has also started in her role to support the travel function.
Edel and Marlo will ensure our many expert staff arrive at their working destinations in the smoothest possible fashion, so they can concentrate on what they do best.
Due to our increased Payroll and Accounts workloads, we also have a number of finance professionals joining our Sydney Head Office. Tony DiFede joins us as Payroll Officer, while Dian Ji and Melinda Maher take on essential roles in the Accounts Department.
A warm welcome to the EnerMech family is extended to all our new starters and congratulations to those who have progressed into new roles from within.
