New Faces at EnerMech​ EPS Offices

At the forefront of EnerMech EPS’s success is our committed and expert staff. As we move into another exciting and prosperous year, we’d like to introduce some of talented individuals joining our Office Support and Operations Teams.

Human Resources & Contracts

As our team continues to grow we have expanded our HR capability with two new hires. We welcome Kristel Durrant to the role of HR Manager & Health & Safety Advisor. Kristel comes to us with over a decade of human resources management experience in the not-for-profit and manufacturing sectors. Kristel is qualified as a Workplace Health and Safety Trainer, and well versed in personnel practices, equal opportunity and family-friendly employment practices. As an expert in employee relations, HR systems and communications, Kristel will ensure EPS Group Australia maintains our reputation for attracting and retaining the best industry talent. Also joining in a Contracts and HR support capacity is Rosa Bagnato. Rosa comes with strong qualifications, having recently obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce. Her experience as a Solicitor and Paralegal is exceptionally well suited to the fast growth environment at EnerMech EPS.

Finance

Our finance team welcomes Monica Xi as Payroll Officer and Cherrie Kee as Assistant Accountant. Monica is a CPA, with a Masters level tertiary qualification in Commerce from University of Sydney and five years of experience in full function payroll. Cherrie completed her Bachelor of Commerce with Majors in Accounting and Business Information Systems at ANU. She is currently undertaking her CPA accreditation.

Travel

Emma Scott joins our Travel team where she will assist in the travel arrangements for our staff as the EnerMech EPS footprint continues to expand both domestically and internationally. Most recently, Emma worked as Travel Administrator at UGL where she was responsible for up to 400 FIFO and white collar workers with broad travel requirements throughout Australia. Seven years of experience in the challenging travel and office administration environments, combined with a strong project management skillset, make Emma an excellent addition to the travel team.

Operations

EnerMech EPS is further expanding our Electrical and Mechanical Engineering capability with two senior roles joining the Head Office. In the role of Senior Mechanical Engineer is David Bourke. David brings with him over 10 years’ site-based experience in project, commissioning, field and operational engineering, specialising in the oil and gas, power and chemical plant industries. In line with EnerMech EPS values, David

is safety conscious and has maintained an outstanding track record in managing the execution of multi-disciplinary projects in all lifecycle phases. Having gained his experience working with industry heavyweights like Hatch Ltd, QGC, UC Rusal and most recently as Lead Mechanical Commissioning Engineer at Origin Energy, David will be an invaluable asset to the team.Brett Glynn also joins the team as Electrical Supervisor. Brett is familiar with a number of EnerMech EPS projects, most recently working as Electrical Superintendent at the Gorgon LNG Project, and before that as Senior Electrical Supervisor at QCLNG. With over 20 years of experience

in the electrical industry, Brett has worked with industry leaders including Thiess, Nilsen and Kentz. A comprehensive understanding of electrical and instrumentation construction management combined with excellent Hazardous Area and safety credentials make Brett and outstanding fit at EnerMech EPS.

Procurement

Georgina Whiting joins the team as Procurement and Executive Assistant. Starting in administration in 2006, Georgina quickly advanced her career to the pivotal EA position, with a wealth of experience working alongside Board and C-level Directors for a number of global companies based out of the UK. Her strong communication and organisational skills, combined with expertise in stakeholder management, organisational change and project delivery make Georgina an exceptional fit for this important role complementing the EnerMech EPS Executive.
